Engaging your employees in a workplace health initiative can be easy, inexpensive, and fun!

Our Workplace Wellness Committee operates to assist small and mid-sized businesses in Somerset County with implementing employer-based wellness strategies. Through the efforts of our members and supporting partners, we emphasize the benefits of wellness strategies in the workplace and provide useful tools and key resources for businesses in Somerset County that promotes employee health.

As part of our commitment to promote the business advantages of wellness programs and strategies for employers, the SCBP's Workplace Wellness Committee is offering an educational series throughout 2017. 

This April 6th plan to attend an important panel discussion about Managing Mental Health & Stress in the Workplace. Learn why a mentally healthy workplace is good for business, where and how you can find helpful resources, and techniques to reduce the physical and emotional effects of stress.

Our Workplace Wellness Committee meets on the first Thursday monthly from 8:30am-10:00am in the Main Conference Room at the Somerset County Business Partnership. The group offers networking from 9:30am-10:00am.


SCBP is a community partner of the Healthier Somerset Coalition, led by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. We proudly support the Coalition’s mission to improve the health status of all who live and work in Somerset County, and actively serve as a vehicle to provide pertinent health information and key resources to the business community.
