Outstanding Citizen of the Year and Quality of Life - The Annual Quality of Life Award and Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award are presented to an individual or couple for their leadership and vision, for their volunteer service to the community. The traditional Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award event is combined with the Quality of Life Award event to honor individuals and groups for their volunteer community service through leadership and vision at a single prestigious award event. Awards dinner is held in May.
