The Annual Quality of Life Award and Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award are
presented to an individual or couple for their leadership and vision, or for their
volunteer service to the community. The traditional Outstanding Citizen of the
Year Award event is combined with the Quality of Life Award event to honor individuals
and groups for their volunteer community service through leadership and vision
at one prestigious award event. Reserve now for May 6, 2009.

 The late Senator Walter Kavanaugh was honored as Outstanding Citizen of the Year and The Adult Day Center of Somerset County received the Quality of Life Award on May 2, 2007 at The Martinsville Inn.
