How to do business with pharma & medical technology companies
BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Continuing the initiative to build a stronger and more vibrant connection between the business community and New Jersey’s pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP), in partnership with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, the New Jersey Life Sciences Vendor Alliance, and the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ) will present their annual ”How to Do Business” conference on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. The conference will take place at Porzio Life Sciences, 100 Southgate Parkway, Morristown, New Jersey.
New Jersey’s biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies purchase more than $6.2 billion worth of goods and services from thousands of local New Jersey suppliers. These purchases support more than 350,000 jobs throughout the state and more than $60 billion in indirect economic activity.
The SCBP, the Morris Chamber, HINJ, and the NJ Vendor’s Alliance will present an event that will inform leaders of businesses of all sizes businesses how to interact with biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies to create new and profitable business relationships. Executives from Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and other major life science companies will answer questions detailing how to become an industry vendor, explaining the trends and best practices in procurement.
