Why Employee Wellness is

So Important:

Wellness strategies have been shown to have a substantial positive impact to the bottom-line for companies that implement employer-based programs. Extensive research shows that money spent by employers on wellness programs produces significant savings over time (i.e., reduced healthcare expenditures, reduced absenteeism, increased employee productivity and morale). The ROI is at least 3:1 and in some instances much higher.

Supporting a

Healthier Community

SCBP is a community partner of the Healthier Somerset Coalition, led by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. We proudly support the Coalition’s mission to improve the health status of all who live and work in Somerset County, and actively serve as a vehicle to provide pertinent health information and key resources to the business community.
