Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, Johnson & Johnson

Wanda Bryant Hope is an accomplished business executive with proven experience in P&L management, marketing, sales, enterprise performance management systems, commercial analytics & operations, strategic alliance management and diversity, equity, & inclusion. She has a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability, translate insights to action, develop and execute global change management strategies, build enterprise capabilities and engage and develop people to innovate and perform at their best. Wanda is a global thought leader in leveraging diversity, equity, and inclusion to create business value and mitigate company risk.

Wanda currently serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for Johnson & Johnson globally. She is a trusted advisor to the CEO and Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee and a member of the Human Resources Executive Committee. In this role, Wanda leverages her robust and diverse business experiences to work with leaders to embed DEI into their business strategies to drive innovation and growth across the enterprise that ultimately benefit the people who use J&J products. She works collaboratively to assess and mitigate potential organizational risks.

Her passion and performance have been recognized with several awards including the Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity by Black Enterprise Magazine, American Needs You Honoree, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Rising Star Award, Auburn Lives of Commitment Award, YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award and the National Sales Network Community Service Award.

Wanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Penn State University. Her alma matter has recognized Wanda as a Penn State Alumni Fellow – the most prestigious award given by the Alumni Association – the Penn State Smeal Diversity Award and selected her as Penn State’s 2020 Fall Commencement Speaker.

Wanda and her husband Bobby are the proud parents of Tyler, their 17-year-old son, and reside in Branchburg, New Jersey.

Jeanne Perantoni, AIA is the Senior Principal at Somerville-based SSP Architects where she leads the firm’s planning and design services as a licensed architect in the NJ, NY, and PA tri-state region, and advises clients as a LEED-accredited professional and Accredited Learning Environment Planner. Her portfolio of design and master planning work is nationally recognized for seamlessly incorporating energy efficiency, environmental regeneration, and smart growth planning principles into public sector projects.

Jeanne advocates for open space land conservation, stewardship practices, re-purposing older buildings, and Green Schools design. Ms. Perantoni holds an A.B. in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University and Master’s Degree in Architecture from Rice University.  She became licensed in New Jersey in 1984 at a time when less than 2% of the state’s registered architects were women. She is the proud mother of two young men and “Nonna” to two lively granddaughters.

Nanette Lee is a retail banking Senior Vice President at PNC Bank with responsibility as the Regional Manager for the Warren Region in Central, New Jersey. Branches in Nanette’s region are located in Somerset and Warren Counties. In this role, Nanette is responsible for driving the client obsession experience, household and account growth within her region, along with growing savings, investing, retirement and deposit balances, in addition to focusing on consumer lending and business banking strategies. Nanette’s responsibilities also include developing, growing and retaining a talented and engaged workforce within her region of 10 Branches and 90 PNC Bank employees.

Prior to assuming her current responsibilities, Nanette held two previous positions within PNC. She joined the bank as a branch manager in November of 2008, which led to a role as a sales service and support manager. Before joining PNC, Nanette worked in a variety of positions at Bank of America.

Lee is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. She loves dogs, westerns, old movies and warm weather vacations.

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Labor Studies and Employee Relations, Rutgers University-New Brunswick; Minister of Dance-School of Dance (Theology), Eagles International Training Institute, Frisco, Texas; attended Southern University A&M College, inducted into Sigma Pi Sigma (Physics Honor Society).

COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES: Ex officio to all county departments and divisions and liaison to Constitutional Officers, Courts and Criminal Justice. Liaison to Finance & Administrative Services - Human Resources, Weights & Measures, Adjuster, Finance, Information Technology (I.T.), Telephone Services, Purchasing and Records Management.

Known for her strategic approach to branding and advertising, Kayla George is a tenured marketing and public relations executive with a proven track record of success within the healthcare industry. As Chief Marketing Officer at JAG Physical Therapy, Kayla has developed a strategic marketing approach that has successfully positioned JAG PT as an industry leader within a highly competitive marketplace. She has over a decade of experience in marketing management, leading her team to achieve desired growth goals through an omni-channel strategy.

George serves as the chief architect and ambassador of JAG Physical Therapy’s corporate brand which encompasses face-to-face outreach, events, social media, influencer programs, and community engagement. By overseeing the company’s digital marketing strategy and footprint, she manages the design, development, and realization of JAG Physical Therapy’s digital assets, third party partner management, digital performance, analytics review and interpretation, and content strategy. George has been pivotal in JAG Physical Therapy’s M&A integration by providing strategic direction along with processes and policies for JAG Physical Therapy’s overall brand influence and presence.
