Congrats to the Somerset County Board of Commissioner's.
In 2007, the Somerset County Commissioners provided funding to the Somerset County Business Partnership to explore the impacts on the hospitality industry to the overall economic vitality of the County. Over the next few years Somerset County Tourism was formed, becoming one of the State’s Destination Marketing Organizations. Since the pandemic, the County Commissioners have assisted our Tourism Division with the creation of Sip & See Somerset, the Somerset County Tourism Council, Seeded in Somerset and numerous projects heading into our Country’s 250th Anniversary. There is no better Tourism Partner than the County of Somerset.

Laura is the owner of Final Touch Plantscaping, LLC in Central New Jersey. Laura specializes in garden designs, plant expertise, as well as developing programs and activities for the special needs population using horticultural therapy techniques. She is an active and contributory member of several local, state and national horticulture, agriculture and business associations.

Advance Realty Investors has been an investor of the Somerset County Business Partnership for nearly three decades and provided the home at 360 Grove Street from 1998 until 2024. Both Peter Cocoziello Sr. and Jr. were active participants on the Board of Directors and numerous other committees. More broadly, Advances owns, manages or has invested in a 15 million square foot portfolio of properties and is headquartered in Bedminster.
